Here at Bay View Community all of our homes have their own yard, fenced area for pets or tots, carports and parking for two vehicles. Our kitchens are equipped with stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, and dishwasher.  Every home has washer/dryer hook-ups.  Each resident pays for TV, phone, gas and electric, water and sewer directly to the utility company.  Our service to our residents is outstanding. If you decide to live here, we'll do our best to make sure you enjoy your home.  
We offer a month-to-month rent contract. We love kids and pets.
